Question 6

Important Notes

Accepted Answer

• The owner's plumber is responsible for the suspended pipework under the house; the builder will do penetration work only.
 • The owner's plumber & electrician are responsible for the connection of the hot water system.
 • DA approvals, MCU and/or BAL applications, boundary relaxations and similar are not included.
 • It is recommended that the property owner contact the council to determine if any of the above are required or if overlays affect the property.
